Rachel is passionate about the power of the
conversation to bring about positive change.
She uses her international, executive and
board level experience to coach high potential
individuals and key leaders. She brings her
high, positive energy and analytical stance,
to clients wanting to deepen their self awareness
and to challenge their current thinking and
behaviours.
As an international BBC news correspondent,
Rachel reported for domestic and global television
and radio outlets. Her work was praised by
the UN as being: 'the best offering from the
BBC for Afghanistan'. Her team won BBC Team
of the Year 2007. Rachel was awarded an MBE
'for the promotion of human rights and the
empowerment of women in Afghanistan.
Rachel works with a diversity of clients including:
Goldman Sachs, Diageo, BT, BBC, HM Treasury,
Teach First, Action Aid. She is accredited
by the BBC, Ashridge Business School and APECS
and is in Year 2 of a Masters in Professional
Coaching Practise with the i-coach academy
in London.
